Expression of Interest - CVGT Shepparton

We are committed to supporting the cities and towns in which we operate and achieve this objective through corporate sponsorship, our Community Grants Program and by employing local people to staff our offices.

CVGT Australia invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced registered commercial Building Contractors for the construction of a new two storey office building at 12 Ashenden Street, Shepparton Victoria. The project comprises in excess of 750 sq.m of building and under croft parking for 9 vehicles and is to be constructed on a vacant allotment of approximately 910 sq.m.

Expression of Interest submissions received shall be evaluated, and a shortlist of approximately six Building Contractors invited to tender. Registration of interest does not imply inclusion on the tender list and CVGT Australia reserves the right not include any or all submissions following its evaluation process. It is anticipated tender documents shall be issued late April, 2017.

Evaluation criteria will include, but not necessarily be limited to:

* Capability and experience in works of similar type and scale
* References regarding previous performance in relation to time, cost and quality
* Financial capability
* Available resources to tender the project and immediately commence works if successful
* Capacity to complete the works not later than Friday March 30, 2018

Expression of Interest submissions shall be lodged in a sealed envelope, clearly labelled ‘Expression of Interest - CVGT Shepparton’. Submissions must be received by 4pm, Thursday April 20, 2017 at the offices of Hughes Cartwright Design Group, 236 View Street Bendigo VIC 3550.
