Quotations are sought from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for a comprehensive review of the Colac Otway Planning Scheme, preparation of new and/or revised schedules to appropriate zones, overlays and particular provisions as part of a ‘Cutting Red Tape’ initiative and a rewrite of the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) and Local Policies (as needed)
