Spiire Australia Pty Ltd (as the Superintendent) on behalf of Goldfields Run Land Pty Ltd ( as the Principal) invites Tenders from Contractors experienced in the installation of gravity sewer and sewer rising main as well as associated civil works. Works will be split into two Separable Portions; each with its own construction duration and liquidated damages.
1. Gravity Sewer (P2)
Works involve the construction of approximately 317m of 400mm dia and 32m of 450mm dia VC sewer main within the Thornhill Park Estate - the main extends from the existing end of Package 1 through to the boundary of the Thornhill Park proposed new sewer pump station.
Works will include the construction of the branch sewer main, manholes, property connections, and associated ancillary works around this installation.
2. Sewer Rising Main (Package B)
Works will include the construction of approximately 665m of 400mm PE sewer rising main from the end of Package A, up through the future waterway, and terminating at the boundary of the new proposed sewer pump station.
Tenders close at 2:00 pm on Wednesday 19 April 2017 and should be clearly marked.
