Tender Description
The Tender shall be for the provision of the following services for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2019 (option for council to extend to 30 June 2021):
1. Provision of cleaning services as required by Specification G
2. Provide additional cleaning services if required
Council will reserve the right to extend the contract for an additional 24 months to 30 June 2021 by notification to the successful tenderer in writing a minimum three months prior to the completion of the initial 24 month period.
