Tender Description
The purpose of this RFA is to identify an Insurance Provider to develop an affordable, commercial insurance solution for trade mark applicants and owners. IP Australia intends to work with the Insurance Provider selected to develop the Trade Mark Defence Insurance (TMDI) product.
The successful Respondent will be granted, subject to legal restrictions, an exclusive listing and link on the IP Australia website and be mentioned in other relevant communication. The provider will be selected based on the detailed criteria set out in this Request for Application.
