Phillip Creek Compressor Station (Tennant Creek) – Construction Camp

The project comprises a 622km pipeline connecting the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station near Tennant Creek to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility in Mount Isa.

There is a gas compression and treatment facility to be constructed at the Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS), approximately 50km from Tennant Creek.

Jemena is seeking a Contractor to perform the complete supply and installation scope for the PCCS temporary construction camp including;
1. The supply, mobilisation, installation, commissioning, ongoing hire and demobilisation of a temporary construction camp to accommodate up to 250 people in individual, ensuited, modular, containerised style accommodation.
2. Central facilities including kitchen, dining hall, office(s), laundry and recreational facilities (recreation room, gymnasium etc.).
3. All necessary support infrastructures for a self-sustaining camp, including but not limited to power generation/distribution, fuel storage, potable water storage/distribution, effluent treatment facilities and treated effluent disposal via methods approved by the relevant Authority.

Contractors must possess mature HSE and quality management systems and be capable of complying with Jemena’s HSEQ requirements.

Contractors must have successfully supplied and installed construction camps in the oil and gas or mining industries in the last 12 months and those project details, along with customer contacts, must be provided as part of your submission.

Contractors must also indicate their experience in ongoing camp administration and provision of camp services such as food, laundry, cleaning and maintenance, effluent plant management, power system management and maintenance. The approximate start date on site for the camp installation works is July 2017, with the camp required to be certified for occupancy during September 2017.The camp is expected to be in operation for approximately 12 months.
