Tender Description
Council wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Lift Services Contractor to perform reactive, programmed and capital works for its portfolio of buildings and structures.
Council currently operates nine (9) sites with a total of 14 lifts installed which include
* Nine (9) passenger lifts
* Two (2) wheelchair platform lifts
* Three (3) services lifts (Dumb Waiters)
Site visits can be arranges on request.
