Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Bayside City Council is seeking a professional Provider to work with and enable Council to achieve its employee survey outcomes within Council’s budget constraints (reduction of 2% of the nett operating budget).

The survey outcomes are:
* Understand employees’ perceptions of Council’s strategic approach to inform further development of organisational and team engagement and alignment, resulting in improved strategic performance across the whole organisation (Better Place Approach).
* Understand employees’ perceptions over time (comparative benchmarking with previous surveys).
* Understand Council’s performance comparative to other like organisations (comparative benchmarking with other Councils).
* All teams (provided survey data results) have the required capability and accountability for action planning that achieves improved performance outcomes.

The organisation and all departments have KPIs relating to improved employee survey results.

Bayside City Council is proposing to undertake the surveys in 2017, 2019 and 2021.

The Provider is sought to provide Survey Project Management, Survey Process (pre-survey through action planning), Survey Questions and Survey Results Data.

It is anticipated each survey process will be undertaken within a 4 month period.

The contract is for four (4) months with two further four (4) month options to be exercised at Council’s discretion in 2019 and 2021.
