Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Waverley Council has provisions in its’ Development Control Plans to ensure that buildings have lower energy usage than what is currently legislated by BASIX, NABERS and the NCC.

Waverley Council is calling for Request for Quotation (RFQ) from suitably qualified consultants to deliver review of energy assessment reports submitted to Council as part of development applications. The consultant will  assess the predicted energy savings are demonstrated based on the  requirements in the Waverley DCP.
