⁠⁠⁠The City of Melbourne (Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest from consortia or individual commercial organisations with a proven ability to construct the Works.

* Supply and installation of customised playground equipment.
* Provision of landscaping and civil works
* Installation of City of Melbourne park furniture (Seatings, BBQ and Drinking fountains)
* Pathways within the park utilising existing bluestone pitchers
* Kerb extension
* Lighting
* Irrigation
* Drainage.
