Landfield Corporation is a progressive organisation operating several business divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial enterprise industries across eastern Australia. Our latest project, a resort development in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, -an 80 room hotel, function facility, restaurant and cellar door, among other features, presents us with a need to contract with a range of suppliers and service providers.
We are currently approaching market, seeking submissions from experienced and qualified commercial project managers to coordinate manage the day to day activities associated with the construction of our resort, including liaising with and overseeing contractors/subcontractors.
Participants in this EOI will need to demonstrable relevant experience in working as overall project coordinators, and be prepared to provide ongoing consultation with our stakeholders (including with our group management and operations teams), to ensure that our timeframes and deadlines are met.
The contract is not for the faint-hearted. It will provide an abundance of opportunity and will considerably attribute to your profit growth. Dedication, commitment, flexibility and focus are important attributes to be considered in our assessment processes.
