Tender Description
Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of the development of the Barden Ridge Reserve (150 Old Illawarra Road, Barden Ridge).
The development of a public park is for passive recreational purposes which include the following components:
* Establishment of site for construction
* Clearing and demolition
* Earthworks - including lifting all levels of the site
* Drainage
* Plumbing water connection supply , tap and bubbler
* Concrete and masonry works
* Fencing
* Landscape works - bush regeneration, mass planting zones & street tree planting, adventure nature trail
* Play equipment supply and installation
* Softfall - supply and installation
* Shade structures - design, supply and installations
* Park furniture
* Sandstone works
* Frontage works - kerb &gutter, cycleway path, line marking
* Signage - traffic signage and footing for future park
* Co - ordination of all other providers of goods and services
* 52 week landscape maintenance period
