Council is inviting Expressions of Interest for the Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre, Building Fabric Works.

The Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre, located in Enmore Park, Black St, Marrickville, was constructed in 2010 and includes a 50m Indoor Lap Pool, heated Program Pool and Learn to Swim Pool, Wellness Centre and Leisure Pool with water features. The centre operates all year round only closing for Christmas day. Since it’s opening, the centre has been highly popular with locals attracting over 2.6 million visitors to date. With the higher than anticipated usage, Council has resolved to update critical elements within the centre to improve the facilities for patrons.

Tenders for the work will be called in March with construction works planned to commence in April/May 2017.

Council is seeking EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced firms able to undertake the construction works. Your EOI must be lodged by 2.00pm 22nd March, 2017.
