Calibre Consulting is sourcing an EOI from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of a six (6) townhouse with single level basement development located in West Footscray.
The project has been fully documented with a building permit to be issued upon appointment of a selected contractor.
A date of commencement of construction is yet to be determined and will be negotiated with the appointed building contractor.
A full works package will be issued for Tender on 1 March 2017 with a Tender Closing date of 14 April 2017.
