Expression of Interest - Design & Construct Building Contractors Caboolture – Affordable & Social Housing

⁠⁠⁠Acceler Project Management in partnership with Coast2Bay are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of a 48 x unit affordable & social housing project, spread across 6 levels.

To be considered for this EOI you must have:

1. Federal Safety Accreditation.

2. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects.

3. Availability to tender the project September 2026.

4. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified).

5. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably in the Caboolture / north Brisbane area.

6. Suitable QBCC license
