Works to include but not be limited to the following:
The construction of a new integrated Family and Community Centre in Cranbourne East on a vacant 8000m2 site that will provide essential Council services such as Kindergarten, Maternal & Child Health as well as community spaces for hire. The approximate gross building footprint is 1290m2 and scope includes associated outdoor and landscaped spaces and a 2690m2 carpark.
