Whitehorse City Council (Council) gives notice that it intends to enter into a contract for the purchase of services, on the terms set out below (Proposal), and invites tenders from any person in respect of the Proposal, pursuant to section 186 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act).
The Proposal is for Council to enter into a contract with a manager for the management of the Council's land known as 5 Watts Street, Box Hill, as a public car park.
Any person may submit a tender in respect of the Proposal. The closing date for tenders is Friday 3rd March 2017 at 2:00pm (AEDT). Tenders should be addressed 'Tender for the Management of Car Park at 5 Watts Street, Box Hill' and should be hand delivered to the tender box at Maddocks Lawyers, Collins Square, Tower Two, Level 25, 727 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3008.
