Tender Description
Orange City Council is proposing to construct a 13m long concrete culvert under the Orange Broken Hill Rail Line in the south of the city, to facilitate an off-road pedestrian/cycle link through parkland. The project delivery timeframe is required to occur during one of the rail authority's three annual shut-downs.
The culvert is programmed to be built in the April shutdown, with a duration of 0700hrs Saturday 22 April to 1800hrs Sunday 23 April. All works within the rail corridor must be completed within this timeframe.
This Request for Tender is seeking tenders for the complete construction of the culvert, including all associated works as set out in the For Tender drawings and specification.
