Tender Description
On behalf of the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) and Goulburn Valley Health (GVH) you are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of FF&E Specialist Consultancy Services.
The consultancy is to cover the following phases:
a) Phase 2: Schematic Design
b) Phase 3: Design Development
c) Phase 4: Contract documentation
d) Phase 5: Procurement and installation
e) Phase 7: Post Contract/Post Occupancy Evaluation
A lump sum fee proposal is to be submitted, broken into the phases above.
A breakdown of hours per resource is to be provided for each phase.
