Spiire Australia Pty Ltd (as the Superintendent) on behalf of Leakes Road Rockbank Pty Ltd (as the Principal) invites Tenders from Contractors experienced in infrastructure works for the installation of a potable water & recycled water as outlined in the attached tender documents.
Works involve the construction of below assets:
* DN375 mm dia. Potable water main on the east side of Fields Street.
* DN300 mm dia. Recycled water main on the west side of Fields Street.
* DN225 mm dia. Potable water main on the west side of Fields Street.
* DN375 mm Potable water main on the north side of Frontier Avenue.
* DN225 mm dia. Recycled water main on the north side of Frontier Avenue.
Tenders close at 3.00 pm on Monday 20 February 2017 and should be clearly marked.
Late tenders as well as email, fax and hardcopy submissions will not be considered.
