Tender Description
City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide design services for the redevelopment of the Ballarat Civic Hall.
This project is intended to re-develop and reactivate the Ballarat Civic Hall site, to deliver a heart of community and culture and provide facilities for a library of the future. Design services are required to bring the existing building up to code compliance and to renovate the internal spaces to meet the requirements identified in the functional brief.
A comprehensive consultant team is called for to undertake a complete design process from investigation and measurement, concept design, value management, tender documentation and construction documentation and construction contract superintendency.
