Update Fire Protection System and Sewerage Designs
(Contract 38150FIRE17) for Inland Waters Holiday Parks
NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust (NSWCHPT) are planning to implement a series of upgrades to six (6) holiday parks in the Inland Water State Parks in NSW (the Parks) to upgrade water, power, sewer and fire protection services.
The primary objective of the upgrade is to ensure compliance with government regulations for fire protection. A secondary objective of the upgrade is to efficiently upgrade a sewer system at one of the parks.Preliminary Designs have been prepared for these upgrades.
Meanwhile, NSWCHPT have undertaken master-planning for the various sites. NSWCPHT are seeking to update these Preliminary Designs to:
a. Update the designs for each park as necessary to ensure that fire compliance can be efficiently
implemented for planned developments of the parks in future;
b. Investigate opportunities for cost-saving
c. Complete consultation with project stakeholders in finalising the design and
d. Update tender documentation to align with NSWCHPT's procurement strategy.
NSWCHPT are seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants (the Consultant) to undertake these works, which are described in more detail in the Project Brief.
