Tenders are invited for basement carpark concrete remediation works, in 311 Glenferrie Road, Malvern. This work includes approximately:
* 207 square metres of concrete slab (230 mm thick) to be demolished and reconstructed.
* 19 square metres of variable thickness (up to 950 mm thick) mass concrete slab infill, to be demolished and reconstructed.
* Installation of additional steel reinforcement, as part of the slab reconstruction.
* Carbon fibre strengthening to 2 beams. This is a design and construct component for the works.
