LWP is Developer of Ellenbrook, Gold Winner of Master Plan in 2015 FIABCI World Prix d’ Excellence Awards. Ellenbrook is one of Australia’s largest land development projects and will ultimately consist of over 11,000 lots and 34,000 residents.
LWP is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experience contractors to undertake landscape maintenance services. The scope of works will include:
* All turf maintenance and associated tasks.
* All garden maintenance including endemic native species, grass tree transplants.
* Irrigation servicing including reporting, bore monitoring and all required repair work.
* Variety of works requested by landscape mgr.
* Contract period will be for minimum of 2 yrs.
