Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from experienced civil engineering and landscape contractors to upgrade the Neighbourhood Centre at Bells Road, Oatlands. The project involves upgrading the existing footpath outside the shop fronts with brick paver banding with concrete infill, together with carpark upgrade including new kerb & gutter, garden beds, kerb ramps, service adjustments, asphalt resheeting and associated works.

The works under the Contract shall include the provision of all labour, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, plant, transportation and services required to complete the works.

The works include the following significant features:
New paving adjacent to the shop fronts, consisting of unit paver banding with concrete infill (275m2);
New kerb and gutter works (95m)
New garden beds (kerb only 45m);
Kerb ramps (4 off) and soft landscaping works;
Asphalt resheeting of the carpark and asphalt associated with new kerb & gutter (335m2).

The Tender price is for a fixed lump sum.

A final decision will not be made regarding this Tender until the end of March 2017, with works anticipated to commence in April 2017.

No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au
