The Ridge Sports Complex - Open Space and Golf Course Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of maintenance services for the The Ridge Sports Complex – Playing Fields, Open Space and 18 hole Golf Course for a period of two (2) years.

The term of the contract is from 27 May 2017 to 26 May 2019.

Tenderers may nominate to undertake one or more of the following requirements:
* Maintenance of playing fields and surrounding open spaces
* Maintenance of 18 hole The Ridge Golf Course

A detailed Specification of the extent of Services required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this RFT.

SITE INSPECTION AND BRIEFING
A non-mandatory site inspection and briefing for this RFT will be held on Friday 20 January 2017 at 10.30am at The Ridge Sports Complex (golf course carpark).
