Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Begnell Field Revitalisation aims to improve the overall amenity and useability of the field through providing new pathways, plantings, playgrounds and upgraded amenities building.

General inclusions:

• Construct new pathways, asphalt road and parking area, swale drainage, retaining walls and sandstone logs

• Refurbish existing amenities building with additional level and terrace seating area

• Construct new playgrounds

• Install new picnic shelter, drinking fountains and bike racks

• New planting, screen and landscaping

• Car park works, linemarking & signage

• Survey and setout

• Madeline Street reconfiguration roadworks
