Tender Description
Surf Coast Shire Council would like to engage suitably qualified and experienced contactor(s) to undertake the construction of road widening works on Cape Otway Road, Moriac.
This contract comprises three distinct work packages. Council retains the right to appoint either one single contractor to complete projects 2, 3 and 4 together, or to appoint individual contractors to complete separate projects. Tenderers can apply for 3, 2 or 1 projects.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time.
Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
