Product Requirements: High Level Information Management System.
The Brisbane North PHN in collaboration with several other PHN's invites you to submit a quote for the provision of an Information Management system for the Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs program. This new program supports a range of commissioned mental health services connecting clients to local healthcare providers and we are looking for an agile web based system to support provider workflow at every stage of the clients journey including assessment, referral, episodes of care, data capture and reporting.
Questions are to be submitted through the Brisbane North PHN Tenderlink Forum (see option below). We will start to respond to forum questions from the 3rd January 2017.
Closing Date: 02 February 2017 at 11:00 am. (AEST).
