⁠⁠⁠SuniTAFE invites submissions for the purchase of the following bungalows:
Building 1 -
SuniPod (energy efficient design)
Roof completed, cladding, still requires render once shifted to site, all windows and external doors installed. Internal frame requires plastering etc. inside to complete.
Size: 5.28 metres x 20.2 metres plus 4 metre deck on front.

Building 2 -
2 Bedroom Bungalow
Roof completed, cladding and windows installed, some plaster hung, lining boards in passage and living area. Needs plaster and internal work to be completed.
Size: 15.4 metres x 4.6 metres.

Building 3 -
Small one room unit or site office
Roof completed, cladding 90% completed, windows installed. Requires plastering and internal work to be completed.
Size: 3.6 metres x 4.2 metres.

There is a reserve price on all buildings.
