Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with experience locating underground services to undertake individual investigations for Council projects of varying size and complexity.
The Principal intends to appoint consultants who may then be called upon through a Request for Quotation process or an ‘as required basis’ as the Principal considers appropriate.
The scope of services involves any combination of locating, excavating, exposing and recording service authority assets including:
* Stormwater and sewerage pipes;
* Gas and water mains;
* Electricity and telecommunication conduits and;
* Any other assets of interest
The contractor’s drawings and data will be used by Council for the purposes of avoiding conflicts or modifications to inform Council’s proposed capital works programing including roadworks and building improvements.
