Tender Description
Parks Victoria is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified individuals or organisations who wish to conduct Major Events at Albert Park. A range of sporting, recreational, cultural, social, community and public event proposals are invited, including those which support charitable organisations.
Event proposals will be assessed for inclusion in the 2017-2018 Albert Park Event Calendar. The assessment will address the need to balance Parks Victoria’s objectives and the values of the event with impacts on the park environment, visitors, staff and stakeholders.
Please note the EOI application is not open to private events, corporate events or smaller scale events.
Opens: Wednesday 7 December 2016.
Closes: Close of business Friday 13 January 2017.
Assessment period:16 January - 30 April 2017.
Decision: May 2017.
No late applications will be considered as part of this process.
