Tender Description
The contractor shall undertake all works necessary to replace the waterproof membrane on the existing concrete roof, re-seal the central glass pyramid glazing, repair or replace all flashings etc. to achieve a waterproof covering to the court house and then repair internal finishes damaged by water penetration.
