Tender Description
Lismore City Council now seeks the services of a competent and experienced consultant to provide a review of the Oakes Oval Redevelopment Concept Plan (previously named 'Master Plan'), to prepare a final Master plan, and to develop detailed drawings, specifications and tender documentation for the implementation of ground works.
The design consultant will also work closely with Council's chosen consultant that has started the preparation of a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) and Development Application (DA) to ensure all design aspects that form the basis of the Master plan will comply with environmental and development requirements.
Tender submissions close at 2:00pm Friday 30th December 2016.
