⁠⁠⁠Commissioning Low Intensity Mental Health Services.

SEMPHN is seeking an interested organisation to deliver via a pilot the following peer-based community support initiatives:
* Telephone and email based helpline.
* Peer training, education and support.
* Peer online forum.
* Website portal with access to digital resources.

SEMPHN is seeking to fund an organisation that can demonstrate they are highly skilled in training, engaging and developing peer support workers in the delivery of low intensity mental health interventions, in a nominated region within the SEMPHN catchment from March 1, 2017 to 30 June 2018. The delivery of these initiatives will have a focus on either Dandenong, Frankston or Port Phillip.

Funding is available to organisations that can demonstrate operational capacity to expand on existing services and pilot these initiatives. Organisations that have expertise in training, engaging and developing peer workers in the delivery of low intensity mental health interventions are encouraged to apply. The total funds available to pilot the peer-based community support initiatives during the contract period in the SEMPHN catchment is $500,000.
