Tender Description
To establish and operate the Aboriginal Centre for Excellence (ACE) in Western Sydney.
The Department is planning the second stage of the 2 stage process, a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The First stage of the process identified the level of interest, assessed the capabilities of potential providers and outlined what is required for the following stage.
The Second stage, RFP, will identify a lead entity to establish the required governance structure to establish and operate the ACE. The lead will be required to work in partnership with Aboriginal Affairs through the establishment of the ACE and the funds will be released based on the achievement of key milestones.
The respondents will be expected to provide services in building, financial management and service program delivery.
