Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking an experienced Construction Contractor to undertake the refurbishment and upgrade works to the existing walking track network including demolition and removal of some areas of concrete, removal of existing steel handrails, obsolete seats and timber steps then constructing new concrete track and concrete steps, installation of new underlit balustrades - painted black, construction of a gatherings space using sandstone logs, construction of a small cantilevered viewing platform, installation of seating and signage in accordance with the attached drawings and Specification.
