Expression of Interest Building Contractor

⁠⁠⁠PM+D Architects P/L is seeking expressions of interest (EoI) from registered Building Contractors to be a "Partner” in a pilot program to deliver a new Community Centre in Darlington. To become a “Partner” includes a Registration process involving the costing of materials and trades for the construction of the New building.

The EoI requires as a minimum the following information to be sent for evaluation:
* Experience and interest with Collaborative and/or “Open Book” forms of contracting
* Company Structure, office locations and Senior Personnel - their experience and qualifications - and physical resources available
* Experience of working on community projects in the Hills/Mundaring Shire
* Safety accreditation and track record
* Additions information to support your EoI

Initial EoI is to be lodged with Geoff Barker at the following address geoff@pmdwa.com by 1 December 2016 with the project due to commence in February 2017.
