Council is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to construct a 2.20m wide and approximately 1,000m long Granitic Tan path and associated works at Ford Park, Bellfield.
The scope of works involves the construction of approximately 1km of Granitic Tan Path at Ford Park in Bellfield. The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
* Earthworks,
* Tan path construction,
* Timber edging installation,
* Tree removal/trimming,
* Concrete path construction,
* Pram crossings,
* Drainage works,
* Asphalt paths.
