Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00 pm on Wednesday 21 December 2016 from experienced civil contractors to undertake the construction of streetscape civil works at Western Beach Road on the waterfront of Geelong, in between Cunningham and Gheringhap Streets, Geelong. The initial tender release earlier this year was not awarded and the works have been re-scoped, please refer to the documentation available here to download.
In order to submit a conforming tender Contractors are required to submit completed tender prices and details for both Part 1 and Part 2 works. These works must be costed for the Tender to be deemed Compliant.
City Of Greater Geelong will supply various items that will be available to pick up from our Belmont and Anakie Road Depot.
The tender evaluation panel will consider the details of the tenderer's OH&S system provided in or in response to Schedule 7 of the documents attached.
Tenders which do not contain details of OH&S systems which meet the minimum required standards will not be considered for the contract.
