Monash Health seeks to implement a mobile clinical task management solution to enhance clinical task management efficiency and effectiveness. The initial focus will be for staff working nights and weekends. The aim is to address the risk posed by the inadequate pager based infrastructure to execute effective clinical task management, between clinicians, primarily between doctors and nurses, and with a focus on the hospital at night as priority.
The scope will include:
* Hardware and software supply (proposals can include local hosting, where Monash Health would provide hardware, or offsite hosting by the vendor which would include hardware)
* Design and configuration to Monash Health requirements
* Training and implementation services
* Maintenance support
