⁠⁠⁠Request for Fee Quotation for Architectural and Project Management Services for Internal Alterations to an Existing Building for a Community Arts and Leisure Centre at Lane Cove, NSW.

Lane Cove Council is seeking the services of suitably qualified architects to design an internal fit-out of an existing building on a Council owned site at 164-174 Longueville Road, Lane Cove. On this site stands a contemporary 3 storey building currently occupied by an art gallery on the top level with two (2) levels of community facility below. The project involves internal alterations to accommodate a new tenant on the lower levels for the purpose of a community arts and leisure centre. The client, Centrehouse, is a not-for-profit organisation offering tuition in art, craft, languages, yoga, meditation and cultural pursuits. They currently operate from an adjoining building but intend to relocate to the new space in 2017.

Council is also seeking design options for providing weather protection to the outdoor terrace attached to the art gallery space.

Council invites architects with relevant experience to submit a fee quotation for consideration.

A site inspection of the premises will be held at 164-174 Longueville Road, Lane Cove on Thursday, 1st December 2016 at 11.00 am.

Quotations must be lodged with Council by 5pm Friday 9th December 2016, by one of the following methods:
