Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI's) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Restaurateurs / Catering Operators to enter into a Licence for the use of a commercial grade kitchen & bar, with exclusive catering rights for users of the Community Centre Meeting Rooms and Terrace within newly built Community Facilities at 1 Pottery Lane, Lane Cove.
EOI documents can be downloaded free of charge via Council's website www.lanecove.nsw.gov.au/tenders.
EOI's must be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and deposited in the Tender Box located at Lane Cove Civic Centre, 48 Longueville Rd, Lane Cove NSW 2066, by no later than 5:00pm on Monday, 19 December 2016. No late EOI's will be accepted.
