This tender seeks to engage a suitable supplier to provide a centralised Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) to deliver a Digital Asset Management System to enable DPS to preserve the approximately 1.5 million digital assets (initially photos and short historical video and audio recordings).

The digital assets that will be analysed for loading into the DAMS comprising important historical artefacts relating to the building from conception, photos taken by the official Parliamentary photographers; and digitised representations of the Parliament House Art Collection (PHAC).
