Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contactors to carry out remedial works to the roof of the southern building at the Incinerator Gallery, Holmes Road, Moonee Ponds.

The works entail removing part of the existing tiled roof, replacing structural timber elements as required, re-laying and replacing the roof tiles to make watertight. Roof plumbing and some painting is also required.

Companies with previous heritage building experience will be highly regarded.
