Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified applicants for Contract No. T045/2017, Construction of Rimbanda Road Causeway, Rimbanda Road, Kentucky.
Rimbanda Bridge is an existing one span timber bridge with an adjacent concrete causeway located on Rimbanda Road, Kentucky, approximately 64 kilometres north east of Tamworth. The scope of works for this contract generally consist of the following:
The demolition of the existing timber bridge and concrete causeway and disposal at a licenced waste disposal facility;
The construction of a new reinforced concrete causeway; and
Placement and compaction of gravel material on the approaches to the causeway.
Tenderers are required to attend the compulsory pre-tender briefing meeting and site inspection in order to submit a conforming tender. The briefing meeting and site inspection will be held:

Accordingly we recommend that documentation is downloaded before 11.00am Monday 21 November 2016. Addendums will continue to be uploaded after this date if necessary.
Tenders close at 11:00am AEDT on Monday 5 December 2016.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
