Tender Description
Palmerston North City Council is to construct shared path underpasses for the stopbank walkway at Botanical Road and Highbury bridges.
The Contract involves earthworks and construction within the Mangaone Stream and floodway to enable the installation of Humes Anchorbloc retaining walls; timber and concrete retaining walls; 2m wide concrete footpath and berms.
This Contract covers the construction of, but is not limited to:
* Anchorblocs:
Excavation for, take delivery of, lay and backfill of 225 Anchorbloc retaining walls.
* Concrete Path:
Excavation for and construction of 440sqm of concrete footpath and associated timber retaining walls and berms.
