The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a Main Contractor for Carpark and Retaining Wall Works at Te Kura o Waioweka.

About

These works form part of the 5YA approved programme. The 10YPP and condition assessments of the Kura have identified that the existing carpark is too small for purpose and that the existing retaining wall surrounding the carpark is deteriorating, with subsidence at one corner, and therefore requires remediation works to be undertaken as soon as practicable.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Carpark works at Te Kura o Waioweka
• Retaining wall remediation works surrounding the carpark at Te Kura o Waioweka
