Tender Description
Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of a Medication Dispensing and Distribution Robotics (MDDR) System.
It includes:
* A fully functioning MDDR solution, including all required hardware, database and software licences required to operate the system
* The following professional services to design, deliver and assure a fully functioning MDDR solution:
* Technical services, including without limitation:
* Metro North Hospital and Health Service - ITO No. MNIT1127-2016
* Part 1 - ITO Particulars Page 7 of 18
* Design and solution architecture (such as high level design, architecture, solution design and detailed design)
* Medication drug data file imports
* Configuration and development services
* Support services.
* Integration and interface services to interface the Product with the Customer’s ICT systems
* Implementation services, including without limitation:
* Project management
* Installation
* Testing (including acceptance testing)
* Training
* Documentation.
* Support and maintenance arrangement for a minimum of five (5) years following the successful implementation of the solution, and an appropriate warranty period
* Server infrastructure
* Building infrastructure modification and requirements.
