Unified Digital Workspace Solution

⁠⁠⁠Griffith University is looking to undertake a step change in its service approach in this area by moving its current in-house sourced End User Computing Service (EUC) to that of a Unified Digital Workspace Solution (UDWS) delivered by a third party vendor.

Griffith University requires a service that brings a holistic approach to the planning, deployment and management of the computing devices and applications used by staff and students of the University. The University wants the end user computing environment to be considered and managed as a unified environment - as a Unified Digital Workspace. Refer to the Invitation to Offer documentation for a comprehensive view of the requirements.

The Invitation to Offer is seeking to understand what capabilities exist in the marketplace and how such capabilities can meet the requirements of the University. Responses are to be provided by way of completion of the documentation requested - refer to Section 1.7.

Griffith University will hold a briefing session at 10:30am, 14th November in the Willett Centre N53 1.51 Griffith University, Nathan Campus. It is not mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer.
